On Wednesday, I will be “locked up” inside The Woodlands Inn and Resort to help raise money for area residents with muscular dystrophy. The Muscular Dystrophy Association Wyoming Valley Lock Up 2010 benefits MDA’s local health care service program as well as worldwide research efforts.

They’ve set my bail at $3,000. Seems like a lot, but if you break it down – all I need is $1.00 from every Twitter follower/Facebook friend and we do a big service to the MDA… and I’ll be a free man. If you’re feeling super generous, forfeit that Starbucks latte for a day and throw the cause a couple dollars. It’s for a good cause, it’s tax deductible, and you can donate online!
