Archives For Mary Lambert

Saturday was day 2 of “Ralphie Tonight” broadcasting live from Westwood One’s “Red Carpet Radio” at the 2014 “American Music Awards” in Los Angeles. The second day of the broadcast is always the craziest but most fun because of the amount of celebrities that are in town for the event.

It was so great to see a few familiar faces like Mary Lambert, Gavin DeGraw, and Pat Monahan of Train. Also “Mr. Worldwide” – Pitbull – sat down for an exclusive interview the night before his gig hosting The AMAs!

In my first report for OK! TV, I went backstage at Hammerstein Ballroom during soundcheck for VH1’s “You Oughta Know” concert. Mary Lambert, Aloe Blacc, and American Authors all stopped by to chat about the show and what they’ve been up to this past year.

OK! TV airs in New York weeknights at 11:30 pm on WLNY TV (channel 55 on TWC/10 on FiOS).

Mary Lambert opened 2014 with a performance for the ages at The 54th Annual GRAMMY Awards. Joined on stage by Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, and Madonna, the singer/songwriter belted out the hook of the anthemic “Same Love” while 33 couples, straight and gay, were married inside the Staples Center.

Lambert found herself crying in front of Madonna during rehearsals, and has since found love and a hit single to call her own in “Secrets.” The 25 year-old stopped by “Ralphie Tonight” ahead of the release of Heart On My Sleeve, due out October 14, to chat about the album and the past 10 months of her life.
