Bruno Mars responding to James Corden’s inquiry about his tour rider during “Carpool Karaoke” was hilarious but upon further review, far from revealing, at least at the moment.

“Some booze, some water,” the “24K Magic” singer first told Corden about what he needs in his dressing room prior to a concert. Mars then offered up a thoughtful pause before adding, “Wet wipes.”

“All Bruno Mars needs is some wine and some wet wipes,” the TV host joked while Mars cracked that the line could provide the inspiration for his next album, to which they then both agreed could be massive.

“Pop the cork and wipe down!” Corden quickly sang, to the tune of “Don’t believe me, just watch!” from “Uptown Funk.” And the host wasn’t finished, freestyling, “Stop! Wait a minute! Wipe my face, put some liquor with it!” as Mars beatboxed the Mark Ronson-produced beat.

The interaction, its likes which have become Corden’s trademark on the segment, was instant TV and viral video gold. However following a search for a leaked Bruno Mars rider online, two points became apparent: the rider has never leaked and Mars talked about wanting wet wipes and wine backstage in a 2013 clip posted on TMZ’s website.

If anything, credit Mars with consistency… and of course, cleanliness. Plus fast forward a few years, and who knows, you might even be able to credit Corden with the singer’s next LP title.

As first reported by “The Ralphie Show,” Ke$ha contradicted herself on Twitter when she claimed that she was “forced” to sing the lyrics of “Die Young.” The singer/songwriter took most of the credit for writing the song in an interview last month while in studio to promote her new album.

Last Thursday, the artist may have been forced to do something else: issue a statement explaining herself. The day after her now-deleted tweet, TMZ ran a story with a clip of Ke$ha’s interview from “The Ralphie Show.” The story was subsequently picked up by Perez Hilton, the UK’s Daily Mail, Newsday, and hundreds of other outlets across the world.

On her official website, the singer clarified her comments.

“After such a tragic event I was feeling a lot of emotion and sadness when I said I was forced to sing some of the lyrics to Die Young,” she wrote. “Forced is not the right word. I did have some concerns about the phrase “die young” in the chorus when we were writing the lyrics especially because so many of my fans are young and that’s one reason why I wrote so many versions of this song. But the point of the song is the importance of living every day to the fullest and staying young at heart, and these are things I truly believe.”

The single is off JLO’s latest LP, Love?, and is the song she performed over the weekend at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, CT when she got all emotional and what not.

Mitchel Musso, known best for his role as “Oliver” on the hit Disney show, “Hannah Montana,” was arrested Sunday morning in Burbank, CA on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. TMZ reports that Musso blew well above a .08 on his breathalyzer exam, California’s limit. According to the website, the actor did not perform well on his field sobriety test.

Police pulled Musso over after he failed to slow down for authorities who were attending to a different accident on the side of the road. He is only 20 years old.

Prior to this weekend, Musso had done a fairly good job of keeping his name off websites like TMZ, unlike some of his peers. In November 2010, while promoting his album Brainstorm, I asked the artist on “The Ralphie Radio Show” how he managed to do this.

“I think they realize that I’m just not one to be messed with,” responded Musso. “Am I saying that I’m the best role model in the world? Hell no, and I would never say that. But do I think I keep a clean enough image… I’m so boring of a person that I don’t really have anything to talk about to TMZ? Yeah.”

Musso continued, explaining that he felt most teen stars have control over whether they appear on sites like TMZ or not – and that most of the people you see simply want the attention.

“It’s almost scripted,” he claimed. “It kind of makes everyone look like a joke, and I’m sorry for letting out the truth but I’m so sick of hearing, ‘(The gossip websites) are so bad because they’re looking in to these people’s lives.’ No, these people are telling their lives.”

Unfortunately for Musso, the police report is now telling his. As he will be finding out, drinking and driving isn’t something to be messed with, either.
