Panic! at the Disco have added and dropped both members and the exclamation point during the band’s seven year run. The group… err… duo is back, sans two members, carrying the exclamation, and prepping to drop a new LP. The first single is called “The Ballad of Mona Lisa.”
Vices & Virtues will be released on March 29.
