Orlando-based Attorney Lawrence Walters checked in from the epicenter of the Casey Anthony trial and thought that Casey Anthony should not have received the maximum sentence of four years for her four misdemeanor convictions of lying to police following the disappearance of her 2 year-old daughter.

Walters, a First Amendment law specialist, now worries that Anthony’s safety may be in danger following her release on July 17.
