Her name is Jenn Bocian (rhymes with Ocean). Originally from Harrisburg, PA, this singer moved to New York City in pursuit of her dream to sing for the masses. What separates Bocian from the rest may be her upbringing: she’s trained as a classical singer – not a pop vocalist. You can definitely hear the difference on her first single, “Don’t Love You.”

In addition to hearing a difference, you’ll probably see one as well: she doesn’t look like your average classical songstress, and certainly doesn’t dress like it. Bocian talked about her debut single and her parents’ reaction to the music video on “The Ralphie Radio Show.”
