Justin Bieber took a shot at Prince William’s hair, or lackthereof, in a recent interview with Rollercoaster Magazine:

“I mean, there are things to prevent that nowadays, like Propecia. I don’t know why he doesn’t just get those things, those products. You just take Propecia and your hair grows back. Have you not got it over here?”

Dr. Robert Leonard actually says Bieber is right! The New England-based doctor notes that Propecia, Rogaine Foam, or laser therapy could help the prince.
