Mashable reports that The National Labor Relations Board and Dawnmarie Souza agreed to end a lawsuit over Souzas firing, which occurred after she made some derogatory remarks about her employers on Facebook. Attorney Robin Bond, who specializes in labor law, clarified on “The Ralphie Radio Show” that employers can still fire employees over comments made through social networking sites.
