“American Idol” returned for season 11 on Fox Wednesday, and Entertainment Reporter Jill Wilderman talked about the competition’s first episode of the year.

Wilderman also chatted about “Idol” host Ryan Seacrest’s new endeavor with Mark Cuban, AEG, and CAA. The entertainment forces will combine to re-brand Cuban’s HDNet in to AXS, a channeled centered around live, pop culture programming.
