AUDIO: Attorney Talks About Octomom’s Pay-For-Date Profile

Octomom joined “The Ralphie Radio Show” about a week ago to chat about her new aspirations to become a recording artist. She’s currently working on her first single with Adam Barta. But that isn’t the only thing Nadya Suleman is doing to bring in cash for her and her 14 children. The latest is charging for dates. Opening bid: $500.

New Jersey-based criminal defense attorney Gregory Gianforcaro says the practice isn’t illegal, so long as no sex is promised in exchange for money. The attorney states that if a district attorney’s office believes there may be a crime committed, the office would conduct an investigation before bringing charges to a judge.
