Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer claims the actress has the same type of first-name recognition as Oprah or Madonna (pausing for laughter). So, La Lohan is suing eTrade because of the company’s Super Bowl ad:Lohan is seeking $100 million in damages (another pause for laughter) and the removal of the commercial from airwaves.
