tmz cameras spotted lindsay lohan – sans the new boyfriend and alcohol, and plus the new blonde hair and hot shades, at an LA restaurant. lohan spent the past three months in a utah rehab facility. she’s allegedly cleaned-up and sober.looks healthier – and she’s certainly taking rehab to heart, amy winehouse shoes and all.
