Miss Universe Organization President Paula Shugart and I joined Isha Sesay on HLN’s “Evening Express” to chat about the resignation of Miss Pennsylvania USA, Sheena Monnin. I was a judge for the Miss PA USA pageant, which took place last December in Pittsburgh.
